Motivated Mind & Body's programs are the total package. After your consultation, we will have everything needed to build a program to not only get you to your goals, but work with you to make it a feesable lifestyle change, not just a diet and some workouts. To do this you need 3 key componants:

1. NUTRITION: It's no lie that you are what you eat. Motivated Mind & Body wants to teach you how to eat to live instead of living to eat. Food is fuel to power the awesome machine that is your body. You wouldn't put regular, cheap gas in a premium car and expect it to run at peak performance, would you?! No, you wouldn't, which is why you shouldn't do it to your body either. Unfortunately, you don't have time to do all the research and sift through the data to figure our what foods are best. If you did, then you'd have to figure out how to make that work with your budget and schedule. NO WORRIES! We have you covered with a customized nutrition program with easy to follow guidlines and LOTS of help along the way. Remember, when you work with Motivated Mind & Body, you have someone on your team 24/7 to help you make the right choices.

2. EXERCISE: Your exercise program will be written and adjusted monthly to keep you on the right path to your goals. This isn't easy. Your body will be changing constantly, becoming stronger and healthier. If your program doesn't adapt, your progress will lessen which will de-motivate you. Motivated Mind & Body is the "anti-plateau". Each month you will have new exercises to conquer not only to keep you interested in your program, but to continue seeing progress so you can stay motivated. You will see positive changes in your balance, strength, flexibiliy, range of motion, endurance, and so much more.

3. MOTIVATION: After all, this is MOTIVATED Mind & Body! Life can throw you all kinds of curve balls along the way. Everyone needs a partner they can count on to hold them accountable to a healthier way of life, especially with so many unhealthy, easier options out there. You need a professional to motivate you through the day-to-day difficult struggles that come with making such an important change to your life.
