“When I first went to Lyndsay in 2012 I needed a push. I was stuck doing the same 5 workouts and not knowing how to progress. I never would have imagined the significant changes I experienced in a short amount of time working with Lyndsay. After several months, I brought my husband into the fold and he was able to get his blood pressure under control and go from pre-diabetes to a regular A1C.

I fell off the wagon of health for a myriad of reasons including but not limited to life in general. I found my way back to Lyndsay having gained 60 pounds and a host of new aches and pains.
